Tip of the Week

Confidence, so often, seems to be on a roller coaster. One minute we`re `up,` the next minute we`re `challenged beyond our capabilities`...or, so we think. By building another person`s confidence, you not only build them up to the level needed to perform, but you build your own, too. It doesn`t take much, just a brief phrase can do it! So, today, I challenge YOU to be the BEST and tell someone else they are, too. We all need encouragement from others. We all need feedback. We all need to know that what we`re doing is truly making a difference in another`s life and work.

So, today, (right now) take a moment and send an e-mail to someone and tell them, in your own words that..."they are the BEST." You might be amazed at the response you will receive...that, you too, are the BEST. And...when You`re the BEST...it shows outwardly, you feel it inwardly, and you become `the BEST.`
