Tip of the Week

One of the qualities of a superior sales person is the ability to recover quickly in tough situations. When you just don’t know what to do to make a difference today, do something different. Do something unexpected. Do something to adjust your own attitude. Take a customer a bouquet of flowers – just because you were thinking of them. Stop by and see a prospect – just to give one of your company’s advertising specialty items. Drop by just to see if all is well - just to say hello. The secret is that you are not there to `sell` anything. In other words, just do something nice and unexpected for someone else. You might make their day – and they just might make yours, too.
