3. Ability to ask and answer questions properly.
4. The quality of their reasoning and solutions.

6. Team Players - (and, now, I say "WOW, WHAT A TEAM :-)
7. Going the extra mile.
8. Experience that was important for the position success.

10. Did their homework on the position.
